Trade Flow Support
A High Frequency Trading firm is looking to bring on Trade Flow Support Engineer to their infrastructure technology team in Montreal.
You will be responsible for overseeing trading operations from start to finish, coordinating with various teams, managing automated processes, handling user requests, and automating manual tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for trading applications and systems, ensuring their availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to trade flow processes, minimizing impact on trading activities.
- Collaborate with traders, developers, and operations teams to implement system enhancements and optimize trade workflows.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Trade Support Experience
- At least 3 years of experience working in Linux environments.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure Technology such as networking protocols like TCP / IP stack, high-speed networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills; able to troubleshoot issues efficiently under pressure.
- Python or Bash scripting ability.
