iOS Developer at Meta IT North America

Join to apply for the iOS Developer role at Meta IT North America.

Developing a sports entertainment app involving computer vision and multi-camera data capture.

Key Tasks Include

Converting existing Python models / code to Swift
Using multiple camera inputs to capture and synchronize detailed motion data
Implementing on-device image and pose processing (e.g., iPhone 16)
Structuring and replicating captured data for analysis — both for internal insights and user-facing features

There are also other projects in the pipeline, including developing new apps from scratch within the sports tech domain.

Core Technical Stack

AVFoundation : Camera and video capture, synchronized start / stop recording

Vision : On-device human body pose detection, tracking multiple people

Core ML : Custom machine learning models for enhanced pose and motion analysis

Main focus areas : AVFoundation, Vision, and Core ML

Profile Requirements

2+ years of experience in mobile development

Strong iOS development skills

Hands‑on experience with CoreML, Vision, and AVFoundation

Android knowledge to assess software cost optimization and feasibility

Focus on hands‑on development and practical problem‑solving

Passion for sports, movement, and / or performance tech

Preferred

Prior exposure to AI tools is not required, but openness and curiosity toward AI technologies are highly valued.

Location : Hybrid in Toronto — 1x per week onsite (Wednesdays, Downtown)
