Dans ce poste, vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre, de la maintenance et du dépannage de nos infrastructures sur site et cloud tout en assurant des opérations transparentes et une sécurité robuste.

Exigences et responsabilités du poste
- Contribuer à l'architecture et à l'évolution de nos infrastructures sur site et cloud.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les techniciens informatiques pour fournir un soutien technique aux utilisateurs internes de l'entreprise.
- Assurer le respect de nos politiques de sécurité et le maintien de nos certifications.
- Maintenir le réseau et les services internes dans un environnement de travail hybride.
- Surveiller et résoudre les incidents de sécurité interne.
- Surveiller les sauvegardes du système.
- Rédiger et tenir à jour les procédures techniques.
- Tenir à jour l'inventaire des actifs TI.
- Participer aux audits de sécurité.
Compétences et expérience
Le CV idéal du candidat comprendrait les éléments suivants, mais nous embaucherons en fonction de l'individu et de toutes ses qualités.
- Diplôme d'études collégiales ou universitaires en informatique.
- Engagement envers l'entreprise et sa mission.
- Curieux, méthodique et organisé dans l'approche du travail.
- Solide connaissance de l'écosystème Microsoft 365 (Azure, EntaID, SSO, MFA, Endpoint Manager et Defender).
- Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience en tant qu'administrateur système et réseau dans un environnement M365 / Azure.
- Solide expérience en réseau (Pare-feu, Commutateurs, VPN, VPC).
- Solide expérience de la gestion des produits Apple. (ABM, MDM)
- Familiarité avec l'infrastructure en tant qu'outils de code (IaC) tels que Terraform. (Un atout)
- Expérience avec des certificats numériques et / ou PKI et / ou HSM. (Un atout)
- La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est un atout

Job Requirements and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the architecture and evolution of our on-site and cloud infrastructures.
- Work closely with IT technicians to provide technical support to internal users of the company.
- Ensure compliance with our security policies and the maintenance of our certifications.
- Maintain the internal network and services in a hybrid work environment.
- Monitor and resolve internal security incidents.
- Monitor system backups.
- Draft and maintain technical procedures.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets.
- Participate in security audits.
Skills and Experience

- College / University degree in computer science.
- Commitment to the company and its mission.
- Curious, methodical, and organized in approach to work.
- Strong Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Azure, EntaID, SSO, MFA, Endpoint Manager, and Defender).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a systems and network administrator in an M365 / Azure environment.
- Strong experience in networking (Firewall, Switches, VPN, VPC).
- Strong Experience with Apple products management. (ABM, MDM)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform. (An asset)
- Experience with digital certificates and / or PKI and / or HSM. (An asset)
- Fluency in both French and English an asset
