We are seeking an experienced SAP developer to serve as the tech lead responsible for our global Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets ERP technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ABAP development, deep expertise in SAP Finance modules (FICO), and a solid understanding of ERP systems and ETL processes. This role requires a leader who can drive technical solutions, mentor team members, and collaborate with business stakeholders and external vendors across North America, Europe, and APAC to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that support our financial operations.

What will you do

• Serve as senior developer responsible for the global Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets ERP technology platforms
• Lead the discovery, documentation, and understanding of existing AP / FA processes across multiple regions
• Contribute to and lead technical changes required on the various ERP platforms
• Communicate effectively with external vendors and business partners in North America, Europe, and APAC
• Oversee and participate in ABAP development ensuring best practices and code quality
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP resources and application developers
• Design and implement ETL processes for data integration between SAP and other enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SAP environments
• Stay current with SAP technology trends and recommend improvements to existing systems
