Job descriptionReview of daily reporting for all customers (ex : Deposit Processing, ATC Rec, Cheque Investigations, Suspense account Management) Assisting Managers with Daily Metrics Data Collection Assisting in investigation of Daily outages and actioning as required (performing offsets, maintaining the daily differences tracker) Assisting with CVS Investigations Ensuring Money Manager is updated with current information Responding to customer emails & inquiries in a timely and professional manner All other related tasks as assigned Strong Knowledge of Computer systems such as : Word, Excel, and MS Office applications Reliable, conscientious, and responsible Highly organized and work with minimal supervision Strict attention to detail, accuracy in analysis Exceptional time management and organizational skills Excellent Customer Service skills Accounting experience preferred Strong English communication skills both oral and written Eager to work in a fast-paced environment and to cope with pressure and tight timelines
