PwC Canada's internal Technology Strategy & Architecture team plays a key role in shaping PwC Canada's digital transformation.
You will be part of a team of forward-thinking strategists who solve complex business problems by researching, validating, and identifying impactful technology solutions.

As a Technology Strategy & Architecture Analyst, y ou'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Determine the right technology investment decisions to solve our firm ' s biggest problems
- Research, evaluate, and compare technology solutions to align with business objectives
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to identify and validate internal stakeholder needs and challenges
- Analyze and document / map business processes, industry trends, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation
- Evaluate the financial viability of technology solutions by calculating projections of return on investment (ROI)
- Synthesize findings from qualitative and quantitative research into cohesive, actionable insights
- Present research findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Produce high-quality, visually appealing presentations and reports to communicate findings, recommendations, and strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather expertise and ensure comprehensive and impactful solutions
- Maintain clear and frequent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, timelines, and deliverable s
- Actively manage project tasks, timelines, and milestones to ensure seamless execution and delivery
- Proactively enhance team operations and methodologies to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preference for business or STEM related discipline)
- Relatable working experience, including but not limited to research, analysis, resource management, strategy, and digital transformation
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Copilot, etc.)
- Understanding of lean and agile methodology
- Advanced understanding of emerging technology and its impact on business
- Skilled at presenting complex ideas and recommendations clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with ROI analysis and business case development
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and impact

PwC BC Region Pay Range Information
The salary range* for this position is $6 9,6 00 - $ 116 , 100, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience , qualifications and geographic location .
Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region . Given our national recruiting approach, we recruit (and may hire) in other regions and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location .
