Position Overview : The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating the agile development process, ensuring the team adheres to Scrum practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this domain.

Key Responsibilities : Facilitate Agile Ceremonies : Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective collaboration and progress within the team.

Scrum Process Management : Guide the team in implementing Scrum processes, ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices.

Product Backlog Management : Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-organized, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.

Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, providing transparency and ensuring that expectations are aligned.

Remove Impediments : Identify and remove obstacles that may hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Continuous Improvement : Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation, feedback, and learning within the team.

Performance Metrics : Monitor and report on team performance metrics, using data to drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.

E-commerce Domain Expertise : Leverage your deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape to provide insights and guidance to the team, ensuring that solutions are customer-centric and market-relevant.

Qualifications : Experience : 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 3 years in an e-commerce environment.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex e-commerce projects using Agile methodologies. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

A Master’s degree is a plus. Certifications : Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required.

Advanced certifications (, PMI-ACP, CSP-SM) are a plus. Skills : Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and e-commerce business models.

Familiarity with customer journey mapping, digital marketing strategies, and omnichannel retailing.
