This position is offered hybrid to candidates based in the Greater Vancouver Regional District. There is a possibility of this contract opportunity going permanent for the right individual.
What you'll do :
- Project manage all marketing related projects including but not limited to key campaigns, external communications, video productions and magazine related content
- Act as a liaison between Marketing and other business units; field requests from various stakeholders and delegate accordingly
- Provide thorough documentation on requests, assist in the collection of required materials and information for marketing to effectively fulfill stakeholders requests
- Work with external agencies to ensure their timelines align with stakeholder needs
Job Requirements :
- 2+ years experience working as a marketing coordinator, marketing specialist or coordinator in a creative agency setting
- Experience project managing marketing campaigns, productions, and other creative projects
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector highly desirable
