Opportunity Overview

This Senior Manager role within the Enterprise Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team provides a unique opportunity to shape the design and evolution of the enterprise TPRM Framework, while delivering strong 2nd Line Operational Risk oversight across the third-party lifecycle. You will collaborate with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners to strengthen our risk management ecosystem and ensure adherence to regulatory expectations.

Mandate

As part of the TPRM team, you will actively contribute to :

• Designing, enhancing, and maintaining the enterprise-wide TPRM Framework, including policies, standards, assessment methodologies, and lifecycle requirements.
• Ensuring alignment of TPRM practices with regulatory expectations.
• Providing 2nd Line Operational Risk oversight and effective challenge over Line-of-Business third-party risk-taking activities.
• Ensuring adherence to the Enterprise Operational Risk Management Framework.

Salary :

$94,600.00 - $176,000.00

Pay Type : Salaried

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
