Overview

Insight Global is seeking an entry‑level Project Coordinator to assist with an upcoming rollout at one of Canada’s largest retailers starting in the new year. The primary responsibility is to coordinate between internal team members and an external vendor for work conducted in the retail space, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration to meet project timelines and goals.

Base pay range

CA$20.00 / hr – CA$22.00 / hr

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate coordination between the internal team and the external vendor.
• Maintain project schedules and track progress.
• Assist in organizing project meetings and preparing necessary materials.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
