Scope of the Position

This is a fast‑paced moulding facility and a union position. The successful candidate will work in a team environment, troubleshoot problems, and handle multiple tasks on a daily basis with well‑developed organization, communication and time‑management skills. The shift is midnight, 11 : 00 pm to 7 : 00 am. Only those interested should apply.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical control systems and equipment (relay logic, PLC controls, motor controls, moulding equipment, conveyor lines, etc).
• Maintain all electrical / electronic equipment in a production‑capable state.
• Connect, disconnect, and re‑connect all electrical / electronic equipment coming into or moving about the production facility.
• Interpret and follow the Canadian Electrical Code requirements.
• Design and build simple control systems and panels.
• Install feeds to new machinery.
