Director, Finance Operations and Client Services

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Finance Operations and Client Services. This multifaceted role combines oversight of financial operations and client services, with a focus on ensuring accurate accounting processes, maximizing the use of financial software systems, and delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a passion for optimizing financial workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations Management:Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.Supervise billing operations to guarantee precise invoicing and efficient payment processing.Lead the audit process to ensure compliance with financial regulations and uphold the integrity of financial records.Manage the implementation and utilization of accounting software systems such as 3M, ADP - Financial Services, Concur, and CRM to streamline and optimize workflows.Client Services Coordination:Collaborate with client services teams to address financial inquiries and improve customer satisfaction.Monitor customer accounts, assess account statuses, and execute appropriate actions based on findings.Oversee customer credit application processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies.Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records to establish and update financial histories.Strategic Leadership:Direct and enhance accounting functions, including financial reporting and compliance, to align with organizational objectives.Act as a key liaison between departments, facilitating communication and driving collaboration between financial and client service teams.Foster continuous improvements across financial operations and software system implementations to improve efficiency and accuracy.This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to make a profound impact within a dynamic and fast-paced organization.
