Job Description
As an Executive Assistant / Project Manager , you'll be working directly with the leadership team. You'll be tasked with performing a variety of mission-critical roles on a daily basis.
Here are just a few responsibilities for this position :
- Organize and improve our internal communications (Slack, WhatsApp, Google Drive / Docs / Sheets, Trello)
- Prepare collateral and contracts for prospective clients + improve customer relationship management best practices
- Run weekly team meetings + take meticulous notes, ensuring our time on Zoom is spent efficiently
- Participate in social media marketing planning / scheduling
Qualifications
We're looking for a highly motivated self-starter with the will to succeed and the ability to learn quickly. The hired candidate must be comfortable wearing multiple hats and juggling various tasks at any given time.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must-have, and experience with tools like Slack, WhatsApp, Trello, and LinkedIn would be a HUGE value-add as these are tools you'll be using every single day.
You must be passionate about high-impact startups, obsessed with getting things done, painfully organized with amazing time management skills, and an AWESOME PERSON to be around.
