Brandt is currently seeking a Branch Manager for the GTA Area reporting to the Mississauga Construction & Forestry branch.
This role is responsible for managing all daily branch activities. This role demands a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will create a culture of prioritizing customer relationships and ensuring accountability within the team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch.
- Manage and develop all employees in the branch with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce that is focused on the long-term success of the company, customers, and employees.
- Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
- Manage branch account receivables in conjunction with the VP of Credit.
- Sell new and used whole goods product within the designated sales territory.
- Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Keep current on product knowledge and equipment.
- Sell parts and service offerings within the designated sales territory.
- Achieve asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets. Included but not limited to new and used wholegood inventory.
- Achieve Market Share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company.
- Collaborate with fellow managers and branches to formulate company-wide initiatives aimed at achieving corporate objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills
Must have experience in the material handling sales field.
Proven product support background and understanding of the departmental operations.
- A demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff.
- A strong work ethic, combined with a dedication to excellence.
- Relevant post-secondary education is considered an asset.
- A valid Driver’s License and a clean Driver’s Abstract.
