Job Description

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge in C++, XML, XSLT

Thorough knowledge of the standard library, STL containers, and algorithms

Good understanding of memory management in non-garbage collected environments

Understanding of dynamic polymorphism and C++ specific notions, such as friend classes

Familiarity with templating in C++

Good knowledge of Linux / UNIX Scripting, PERL, ANT and or other shell scripting

Working knowledge code versioning using tools like CVS, SVN, GIT

Ability to write clear and concise technical documents

Ability and willingness to develop documentation on technical architecture, system designs and hardware / software / application configurations and operations

Ability to effectively manage multiple activities of varying complexity while under time constraints

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also perform as part of a team

Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
