Customer Service Representative – Competitive Salary– Toronto, ON

The Role

Are you an excellent communicator, adaptable, and thrive in a customer-focused role? Are you passionate about pets and creating a safe, reliable transportation service for them? If so, we’re looking for you!

The Paws Operations Team is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle all phone and chat bot inquiries as well as direct requests to the appropriate ground and air transportation travel specialist.

This is initially an independent contractor position with competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities :

The key responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to :

  • Manage all queries from the chat bot, telephone and other sources then allocate to the team as appropriate or resolve independently.
  • Follow up on quotations where the status is waiting for payment to finalize the booking.
  • Manage customer complaints and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential improvement opportunities in our processes.
  • Leverage the Paws SalesForce CRM to manage customer inquiries.
  • Act as a liaison between operations and clients as needed.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in our processes.

  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Customer focused, professional and organized.
  • Recognized as a team player and a high performing, individual contributor.
  • Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills and computer skills.
  • Experience with SalesForce would be an asset.
