Your days will include :

• Implementing scalable and robust services to support our IIoT portfolio
• Performing maintenance of IS-focused SCADA solutions
• Leveraging plant floor data via SCADA system to reduce downtime through preventative and predictive maintenance
• Ensuring security controls for industrial systems are in place and identifying gaps
• Integrating IS with various environmental and capacity monitors including temperature, humidity, scales, and material levels
• Monitoring and reporting on all systems
• Integrating existing IS and plant floor technologies to improve the visibility and automation of processes

To succeed in this role you must possess :

• A degree in Computer Science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience in IIoT
• Project Management experience
• Working knowledge of control system software
• Hands-on experience with physical equipment
• Experience with Inductive Automation
• PLCs and panel systems and general electrical system knowledge are considered assets
• Ability to work alongside and collaborate with electricians, instrumentation techs & other personnel to identify, define, or solve problems
