Responsibilities
- 1‑3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in content or collaboration platform migrations (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Confluence).
- Exposure to enterprise‑scale environments or consulting / managed services is a plus.
- Pre‑Migration Activities : Inventory analysis of existing SharePoint sites and content. Assist in mapping content to target SharePoint structure.
- Migration Support : Execute migration tasks under guidance using approved tools. Validate migrated content and report discrepancies.
- Post‑Migration Activities : Support user acceptance testing (UAT). Document issues and assist in remediation.
- Stakeholder Coordination : Liaise between business teams and technical migration team. Provide status updates and maintain migration trackers.
- Documentation : Document requirements, maintain migration trackers, etc. as needed by the program management standards.
This role is for an independent consultant working on a contract basis with a Kyndryl client, and it is not a direct employment position with Kyndryl.
