Investor Relations Associate (Fundraising)

RYSE is seeking a driven and analytical Investor Relations Associate with direct experience in financial publishing (FinPub), investor-focused copywriting, and investor lead acquisition. You will play a key role in managing inbound investor interest, running outbound follow-ups, crafting high-converting messaging, and supporting our fundraising engine across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound investor calls with confidence and clarity
• Manage investor inquiries, nurture leads, and move them through the funnel
• Write high-impact copy for investor newsletters, CRM sequences, landing pages, and ads
• Build and optimize investor acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
• Analyze campaign performance and improve CPL, CPC, and CPA metrics
• Collaborate on investor-focused content including long-form emails, advertorials, TV commercials, VSLs, direct mail pieces, and more
• Ensure all communications align with securities regulations and fundraising guidelines
• Work with leadership to scale investor pipelines and support ongoing raises
• Maintain CRM accuracy and track investor engagement data

Requirements

• Experience in FinPub, financial newsletters, or investor-focused marketing
• A proven track record writing conversion-oriented copy for investors
• Strong understanding of CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, funnel optimization, and analytics
• Comfort working with compliance guidelines and investor-related regulationsExperience generating investor leads across Facebook, Google, YouTube, native ads, or email drops
• Strong phone presence — confident, articulate, and persuasive
• Ability to break down financial concepts clearly for retail and accredited investors
• Highly organized with an analytical mindset

Bonus Points

• Experience supporting a Reg A or Reg CF raise
• Familiarity with DealMaker, StartEngine, Wefunder, or similar platforms
• Prior work with VSLs, TV media buys, or performance-based media campaigns
• Background in investor relations, performance marketing, or digital publishing
