Program Overview : Join our Co‑op Software Engineer Program in Canada. You’ll work alongside seasoned professionals on impactful projects, learning across AI and cloud technologies. The program starts January 2026, full‑time and hybrid, based in either the Vancouver or Kitchener office. You’ll have a local mentor to guide you.

What You’ll Do

• Build customer‑impacting functionality into Dialpad’s backend services.
• Design and implement robust, reusable, and scalable backends through collaboration with a close‑knit team.
• Your work will improve Dialpad’s customer experience, infrastructure scalability, security, and costs.

About You

Our Tech Stack

Python backend on Google Cloud Platform (AppEngine, Datastore, BigQuery, Dataflow, Spanner, Memcache, Cloud Tasks, Pub / Sub), Redis, Elastic Search, Pinot. Monitoring : Datadog, Grafana. Vue.js / Vuex frontend in Electron.
