Title : Collection Specialist

Location : Kirkland, QC

Model : Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

Salary : $55-63,000 / year

37.5 hours / week

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience with recovery / collection to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Planning collection activities by reviewing and analyzing aging reports;
• Contact customers for payment of overdue invoices;
• Implement plans to eliminate overdue accounts
• Put overdue accounts on hold;
• Daily monitoring of accounts for credit hold status to determine appropriate actions to take to facilitate order processing

Qualifications

• 5 years or more of experience with collection / recovery.
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multitask
• Experience with a high volume of customer accounts
• Good organizational skills
• Experience with Sage 300 or an ERP system (an asset)
• Experience in the transportation field (an asset)
• Bilingual (Excellent level of written and spoken English, excellent level of written and spoken French 8 / 10)
