Title : Collection Specialist
Location : Kirkland, QC
Model : Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
Salary : $55-63,000 / year
37.5 hours / week

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience with recovery / collection to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
- Planning collection activities by reviewing and analyzing aging reports;
- Contact customers for payment of overdue invoices;
- Implement plans to eliminate overdue accounts
- Put overdue accounts on hold;
- Daily monitoring of accounts for credit hold status to determine appropriate actions to take to facilitate order processing
Qualifications
- 5 years or more of experience with collection / recovery.
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask
- Experience with a high volume of customer accounts
- Good organizational skills
- Experience with Sage 300 or an ERP system (an asset)
- Experience in the transportation field (an asset)
- Bilingual (Excellent level of written and spoken English, excellent level of written and spoken French 8 / 10)
