SQL Developer – Job Description

The Canadian Statutory Reporting team works to align with any new or additional requirements facing Canadian Banks

The current project is creating data modeling with regards to Retail Credit Risk

Working to create a date pipeline to be used for reporting

Provide data expertise and identify patterns to improve process and calculation flows

Analyzing and updating data, changing data paths to align strategically within the bank's initiative as needed

Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution

Assure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for supported area

Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment

SQL Developer – Mandatory Skills

5+ years' experience as an SQL Developer

5+ years' data analysis and data management

5+ years data modelling experience

Good communication skills required to work with multiple users

Strong Problem-Solving Skills

Ability to work independently

Bachelor's degree required in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering etc.)

SQL Developer - Nice to Have Skills

2+ years hands on experience with SAS

Familiarity with IFRS9

SQL Developer - Assignment Start Date

ASAP – 6 months to start
