Senior Salesforce Developer – Responsibilities

• Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools (Amazon Connect experience preferred).
• Align development with best practices, scalability, and security standards.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code; perform unit testing and participate in peer reviews.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance and reliability.
• Work with cross‑functional teams (Admins, Business Analysts, QA) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Workplace

Hybrid, requiring 3 days / week in Toronto office.
