Job Description
CEDA is currently seeking a Supervisor for our Chemical Cleaning team based out of Edmonton, AB. This role will be responsible to lead and motivate individuals to help deliver on challenging projects. If you are a hands on leader and show a great understanding of equipment and safety, apply now!

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The go to person for monitoring field operations and ongoing projects to ensure job completion in a safe, efficient, reliable and cost effective mannerSupervising to ultimately ensure a safe operation of our industrial cleaning equipmentAttends scheduled supervisor and safety meetings, ensures adherence to all company health, safety, environmental standards, policies and procedures, and maintains on-going knowledge of local, provincial and federal guidelines.Building productive and loyal relationships with clients by providing quality services, communicating the status of the job regularly and escalating any issues to leadershipResponsible for project scheduling and deployment for various projects across numerous client sitesProviding guidance for new employees making sure they are well informed, aligned and accountableLeave the job site in better condition that when we got there. Clean, safe and job done!Other duties as assignedRole Specifications :
3-5 years of supervisory experience with a minimum of 2 years in industry related roleClass 3 license with a clean drivers abstract is requiredAble to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol testYou have experience in supervising a team of four or more individualsHigh-level communication and interpersonal skillsSkills :
