Bayshore is looking for passionate and caring Continuing Care Assistants to join our inclusive team. You will be creating special one-on-one moments for clients that are matched with you (your skills and availability).

Nature of Home Health

  • Hours : We have a wide variety of visits that range from a 1-hour up to a 12-hour visit with most visits ranging between 1 to 3 hours
  • Clients : While we do cater to the older population, we provide service to all people in the vulnerable sector

  • Transfer - If there are mechanical lifts present, we as a company will provide training before exposure to the client

Job Qualification

Who You Are

  • You have a desire to help improve the lives of those in your community
  • You are dedicated to providing high-quality care services to clients and you have knowledge of practices for community care
  • You have a reliable mode of transportation
  • You have a clear Vulnerable Sector Check or are willing to get one
  • You are seeking a Personal Care role, you have completed a formal, accredited caregiver training program and / or a combination of equivalent education and experience
