Job Description

The Programmer Analyst II will use technical knowledge of computers and computer languages to identify and solve intermediate programming and technical problems, change production programs in accordance with requested enhancements, and participate in new program development.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Good reading, writing and verbal communication skills.

Properly manage client expectations.

Self-motivated and quick learner.

Good knowledge and hands‑on experience with SQL and PL / SQL.

Good understanding of relational databases, especially Oracle.

Hands‑on experience with the following computer languages and technologies considered an asset : Oracle Applications Express (Apex), JDeveloper, MS Access, Crystal Reports, ASP, VBA, VBScript, Web application development (HTML, XML, JavaScript, XSL, AJAX, JSP, Web services, Java).

Experience in industrial and commercial property, facility management, operations and accounting knowledge considered a definite asset.

Knowledge & Skills

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and complete tasks under supervision.

Community college diploma or equivalent training with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Good reading, writing and verbal communication skills.

Self-motivated and quick learner.

Good knowledge and demonstrated experience with SQL and PL / SQL.

Basic understanding of relational databases, especially Oracle.

Hands‑on experience with the following computer languages and technologies considered an asset : Oracle Applications Express (Apex), JDeveloper, MS Access, Crystal Reports, ASP, VBA, VBScript, Web application development (HTML, XML, JavaScript, XSL, AJAX, JSP, Web services, Java).
