Full-Time Dental Administrator

Scarborough, ON

Opportunity to Grow into an Office Manager Role

A modern, well-established dental practice in Scarborough is seeking a confident and experienced Dental Administrator who is ready to take initiative and grow into an Office Manager position.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being the face of the practice, and brings strong leadership and organizational skills to the team.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of dental administration experience
Strong proficiency with Abeldent
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Professional, confident, and approachable demeanor
Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for patient care

Schedule:

Monday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Tuesday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday (every other): 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Administrative staff are expected to arrive 30 minutes before and remain 30 minutes after scheduled shifts

Compensation and Benefits:

$30–$38 per hour, based on experience
