Randstad Victoria is now looking for a Human Resources and Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Generalist, your duties include but are not limited to the following :

  • Provide guidance to managers and employees.
  • Support talent management.
  • Drive HR projects.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Assists the Marketing Team with day to day marketing functions such as social media management, email and mobile marketing plus support with special projects involving industry and competitor research
  • Demonstrate flexibility if moved from one process to another.
  • Cultivate a client-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Related Diploma / Degree
  • Ideally a tech background, but not required
  • 1 to 3 years experience working as HR generalist is must
  • Knowledge and expertise in HR policies and procedures
  • Significant knowledge of the hiring process
  • A strong understanding of best practices and current regulations specific to HR
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge about conflict management
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in software like MS Office and Google Docs
