If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Our Experience, Design, and Research (EDR) team plays a central role in translating complex security challenges into clear, human‑centered experiences. We value collaboration, customer empathy, and a strong design culture grounded in clarity, quality execution, and continuous learning. If you’re excited to grow your content design craft while working on complex, meaningful product problems, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Content Designer at 1Password, you’ll contribute to improving clarity, structure, and usability across complex product experiences. This is a growth‑oriented role for a content designer who is ready to deepen their craft and take increasing ownership of problem spaces with support.
You’ll partner closely with product designers, product managers, researchers, engineers, and fellow content designers to deliver thoughtful, high‑quality content design that helps customers understand and successfully navigate our products. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative content design team that values strong craft, clear thinking, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you’ll work across UX writing, information architecture, and content strategy, while developing confidence operating in ambiguous spaces. You’ll gain experience designing for multi‑surface, system‑driven products and build a strong foundation in content design for security‑focused experiences.
