HR & Payroll Administrator

Robert Half is partnering with an established client seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Administrator who brings expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Human Resources, and ADP Workforce Now. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a critical role in both financial and people operations. Key Responsibilities : Accounts Payable (AP)Process all AP transactions including purchase orders, invoices, expense reports, and payment requests, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.Review and reconcile vendor accounts; resolve discrepancies promptly.Maintain and update AP systems, enforcing compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting principles.Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting related to payables.Manage the AP inbox and respond professionally to all vendor inquiries. Human Resources SupportCollaborate with HR team members on payroll processing, benefits administration, onboarding, and employee data management.Support compliance efforts with labor laws and regulations.Help maintain accurate employee records per company and legal standards.Assist with HR audits, ad-hoc reporting, and special projects. ADP Workforce Now ExpertiseServe as the go-to resource for ADP Workforce Now inquiries and troubleshooting.Ensure employee information is accurate—including job titles, compensation, tax, and direct deposit data.Run payroll reports, track time-off accruals, and monitor data integrity within ADP Workforce Now.Qualifications : Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable and / or Human Resources roles.Direct experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.Strong knowledge of AP processes and accounting principles.Excel and MS Office proficiency.Keen attention to detail; accurate and efficient data management.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Outstanding communication and customer service skills.Familiarity with HR laws and best practices is a plus.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred. Ready to bring your HR, AP, and ADP Workforce Now skills to a thriving organization?
