We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our management team and help propel our business to new heights.
Overall Job Summary :
The Sales and Marketing Manager is an integral part of the Saul Good Gift Co. team, reporting directly to the Founder. This key hire is responsible for driving busines s growth by managing, executing, and optimizing sales and marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will ensure that all sales and marketing campaigns are executed consistently and in line with our brand voice, driving value for the business through engagement with both new and existing customers and by attracting and nurturing new leads.
Key Accountabilities :
Business Growth : Propel the growth of our business, ensuring that we achieve our sales goals.
Team Leadership : Foster a strong culture of motivation by managing, leading, inspiring, and coaching the sales team to ensure individual and company success.
Sales & Marketing Strategy : Develop, improve, and optimize our sales and marketing plan to drive growth.
Sales Process Optimization : Create a scalable, trainable sales process to help sales reps onboard, learn, and thrive.
Lead Generation : Ensure a consistent flow of quality inbound leads for the sales team to achieve targets.
Sales Tools Development : Develop and improve tools for the sales team, including email templates, sell sheets, and case studies, to effectively convert leads into orders.
Account Management : Manage a book of existing accounts while also fielding inbound leads.
Marketing Campaigns : Manage marketing contractors and campaigns that support sales. Examples include CRO initiatives, direct marketing campaigns, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and paid search campaigns.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales, and sales management, preferably in a B2B environment.
A closer who’s comfortable leading conversations in the boardroom and looking to coach and mentor our next generation of sales talent.
Proven experience in B2B marketing.
eCom marketing experience is an asset.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities.
Proficient in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
Experience with sales forecasting and optimizing sales processes.
Strong analytical skills to measure and improve marketing and sales performance.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
