About the Role

ADM’s Lloydminster Oilseed Plant is seeking a Maintenance Millwright and / or Pipefitter to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment. This hands‑on role is critical to maintaining production reliability through preventive, predictive, and failure‑based maintenance activities. The Maintenance Millwright / Pipefitter will work closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure equipment is maintained to required standards while supporting continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.

This role requires flexibility, including shift work, weekends, and after‑hours call‑outs as needed to support plant operations.

What You’ll Do

• Perform maintenance activities in accordance with established safety standards, policies, and procedures
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and diagnose equipment issues efficiently and effectively
• Repair, rebuild, and maintain industrial equipment and machinery
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to support plant reliability and uptime
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment documentation
• Recommend equipment modifications or upgrades to improve reliability and performance
• Document completed work, equipment changes, and maintenance activities
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments
• Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing positively to a team environment
• Respond to after‑hours trouble calls and on‑call requirements as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
