Location : Greater Toronto Area

Type : Part-time or Full-time

Pay : $35–$40 / hour (based on experience)

About Us

We're building a modern, tech-enabled driving school designed around calm instruction, real student outcomes, and long-term instructor success. Our goal is to raise the standard of driving education while creating a respectful, stable, and well-supported workplace for instructors.

We remove the admin burden so you can focus on teaching — no marketing, no chasing payments, no scheduling chaos .

What You'll Do

Teach in-car driving lessons using a structured, proven curriculum
Coach students calmly and professionally
Complete brief lesson notes using our modern instructor app
Maintain clear, respectful communication with students and our support team

What We Offer

$35–$40 / hour based on experience

50% reimbursement for gas and instructor insurance

Consistent student flow — no need to self-market

Flexible scheduling (minimum one weekend day)

All lesson plans provided — minimal paperwork

Modern backend systems for scheduling, tracking, and notes

Ongoing support from a dedicated operations team

Annual pay reviews, bonuses, and income stability incentives

A professional, no-ego, instructor-first culture

Requirements

Valid Ontario Driving Instructor Licence (MTO-certified)

Clean driving record & criminal background check

Personal vehicle suitable for instruction

Dual brake system installed

Snow tires in winter

Comfortable using a smartphone scheduling app
