AgriculturiX est une entreprise AgriTech en pleine expansion, spécialisée dans l'agriculture de précision.

Notre mission est de développer des solutions numériques innovantes et des outils d’aide à la décision de pointe pour aider les agriculteurs et les agro-entreprises à optimiser la gestion quotidienne des exploitations agricoles.

MISSION PRINCIPALE

En tant que

Business Developer – AgriTech , vous serez au cœur de la stratégie de croissance d’Agriculturix. Vous aurez pour mission d’identifier, d’approcher et de développer de nouveaux clients et partenaires stratégiques, tout en assurant le rayonnement de nos solutions (FertiX, CarboX, TrialX) auprès de l’écosystème agricole, agroalimentaire et environnemental. Vous serez également responsable de la qualification d’opportunités et de la coordination des actions commerciales sur le terrain.

Responsabilités principales

Développement commercial et prospection

Identifier de nouveaux segments de marché et opportunités d’affaires dans les domaines de l’agriculture de précision, des technologies propres et des essais agronomiques.

Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan de prospection structuré pour approcher de nouveaux clients : coopératives, firmes de consultants, organisations agricoles, Fournisseur ou distributeur d’intrant, semencier, associations agricoles etc.

Réaliser des campagnes de démarchage (courriels, appels, rencontres) et coordonner les actions de suivi.

Gestion de la relation client et des partenariats

Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients potentiels et existants.

Organiser et animer des rencontres, démonstrations et présentations des solutions Agriculturix.

Rédiger des propositions commerciales, offres de service et ententes de collaboration.

Coordonner les projets pilotes ou déploiements initiaux avec les équipes internes.

Stratégie, veille et amélioration continue

Participer à l’élaboration de la stratégie de développement et à la priorisation des cibles commerciales.

Effectuer une veille active sur le marché, les concurrents et les tendances du secteur AgriTech.

Collaborer avec les équipes produit et marketing pour ajuster les offres selon les retours du marché.

Alimenter et tenir à jour la base de données clients (CRM) et les rapports de performance.

Exigences

Diplôme universitaire en administration, marketing, agronomie, ou domaine connexe.

Expérience pertinente (2 à 5 ans) en développement des affaires ou en vente B2B, idéalement dans le secteur technologique, agricole ou industriel.

Intérêt marqué pour les innovations technologiques appliquées au secteur agricole.

Excellentes capacités de communication, d’écoute active, de persuasion et de négociation.

Esprit entrepreneurial, autonomie, rigueur et proactivité.

Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

Permis de conduire valide – déplacements ponctuels à prévoir.
