18 Month - Leadership Development Program
You have a customized INSPIRE Program Outline, with two types of structures :
- Cross-exposure – Rotate between several teams across Talent Acquisition and Health & Wellness.
Specialization – Develop your expertise by working in one division, spending 9 months in each focus area before transitioning.

Who Are We Looking For?
Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resources, with exposure to Talent Acquisition, employee relations, or HR operations.Leadership Potential : Previous supervisory experience and a strong desire to develop as a leader.Education : A post-secondary degree in Human Resources or Business is an asset, but all disciplines are welcome.Adaptability & Drive : Thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces learning, and stays committed to growth.Communication & People Skills : A natural ability to connect with teams, guests, and leadership.Goal-Oriented Mindset : Motivated to take on challenges, drive results, and make an impact.Qualifications

The Ontario base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level.
