Database Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Database Administrator with 8+ years of experience managing enterprise database environments. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle and PostgreSQL platforms, cloud and on-prem infrastructure, performance tuning, security, and high availability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of DBA experience in large enterprise environments
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL 11+ on Red Hat Linux
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle 12c / 19c, RAC, ASM, Exadata, OEM, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Expertise in Oracle Data Guard, GoldenGate, and IBM IIDR replication
• Strong knowledge of RMAN backup / recovery and enterprise backup tools (e.g., Tivoli Storage Manager)
• Experience with database performance tuning (AWR, ASH, Statspack, SQL Trace)
• Solid background in database security, encryption, auditing, patching, and vulnerability remediation
• Knowledge of financial industry compliance standards (SOX, PCI DSS, FISMA, GLBA, FATCA)
• Experience supporting production systems and resolving critical incidents
• Proficiency in Python, Perl, and UNIX shell scripting
