Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, setting project goals, defining project plans, and monitoring progress.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to effectively guide team members, influence decision-making, and maintain a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve milestones
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project continuity
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a record of successful project delivery
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
