As the Director of Executive Office, you will work closely with our CEO, playing a crucial role in supporting high-level decision-making and driving key initiatives. What you will do:

Executive Support and Strategic Planning

• Prepare comprehensive materials for the CEO's engagements, including client meetings, crisis management, and speaking events
• Prepare concise account management update package for CEO and flag areas requiring senior leadership attention
• Conduct macro-economic analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Drive priority initiatives and follow-ups across the organization

Board Management and Governance

• Collaborate closely with the Country Board to set agendas, manage communications, and ensure effective execution of decisions
• Coordinate presentations and materials for board meetings
• Project manage account management rhythm to ensure structure and consistency
• Maintain account management reporting templates, consolidate flash reports, surface risks or gaps

Stakeholder Management

• Prompt Account Leads and teams for timely account management updates and key developments
• Act as a key point of contact across teams and functions
• Ensure seamless connectivity between key stakeholders, including managing feedback and strategic communications

Brand and Public Relations

• Support the CEO in enhancing the company's brand presence through media opportunities and industry forums
• Manage the CEO's social media presence and public engagements

Strategic Alignment

• Support the alignment of enterprise strategy with local geographic strategies
• Drive innovation and change management initiatives

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred, experience in Lean Six Sigma is an asset
• 7-10+ years of experience in a senior role within commercial real estate or related industry
• Proven track record in strategic planning and execution
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical abilities and financial acumen
• Tech-savvy with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business efficiency
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
