Job description

Must Haves:

Manage consolidated project plan/schedule + day-to-day DVS team oversight (tasks/prioritization/deliverables/issues/risks/stakeholders/financials)
Facilitate/coordinate project team meetings + track action items/decision points/risks/issues + leadership updates
Internal/external service provider coordination for dependencies/governance gates/technical integration
10+ years project management/coordination
5+ years process improvement/product management projects
ITIL V4 certification preferred

Nice to Haves:

Six Sigma/Business Analysis/Agile certifications

Core Responsibilities (Complete):

Regular C-level status updates + briefings/presentations for decision-making/approvals
Issues/risks identification/monitoring/escalation/resolution + logs/registers maintenance
DVS project stakeholder collaboration ensuring seamless integration
Roles/responsibilities/deliverables definition + quality/performance expectations
Agile/Scrum best practices promotion across team/clients/stakeholders
Agile ceremonies facilitation: backlog management/sprint planning/stand-ups/reviews/retrospectives
DVS releases/client integrations delivery meeting sprint/project goals/quality/timelines

Full Experience Requirements (Complete):

Project Experience (50%):

10+ years project management/coordination + 5+ years process/product management
Vendor management experience
Complex technical projects coordination through planning/monitoring/stakeholder engagement
Enterprise identity verification solutions implementation/management
Senior leadership updates/escalations/risk identification/document leadership
Process/business activity improvement
Multi-PM critical project support
Project schedules/integrated plans/status reports/logs
Document repository monitoring
Design/solution/improvement workshops + requirements gathering

Communications Experience (50%):

Large organization political acumen
Multi-audience communication (teams/clients/stakeholders/executives)
Deliverables/milestones/issues/risks reporting to steering committees
Presentations/documentation for senior management
Executive steering committee presentations
