Job Description

How You'll Make an Impact :

• Oversee the daily operations of the front of house staff and concierge team
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction- experience with 5 star service required
• Manage hospitality service team, including wait staff, reception, concierge and support staff
• Coordinate with culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience

Qualifications

What You'll Need to Succeed :

• Food and Beverage service experience required
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and operations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Experience conducting interviews and hiring staff
• Familiarity with restaurant & catering management software is a plus
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Knowledge of food service regulations and best practices
• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality industry is desirable
