Accounts Payable Analyst (6-Month Temporary Assignment)

Location : Richmond Hill, ON

Work Model : Hybrid (4 days in office / 1 day remote)

Pay Rate : $25–$27 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst for a 6-month temporary assignment for one of our large retail clients located in Richmond Hill, ON. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented AP professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• High-volume invoice processing (up to 100 invoices per day )
• Perform 2-way matching of PO invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
• Follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders as needed
• Prepare and support AP-related reporting
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and procedures
