Experienceand expert knowledge of data pertaining to customer connectionsconnection exposure account reviews lending policies privacypolicies customer financials Risk Appetite Metrics (RAMs) and KeyRisk Indicators (KRIs).
A bachelor s degree in agriculture financebusiness economics mathematics statistics or computer science andat least four years of experience (or an equivalent combination ofeducation and experience).
An understanding of statistics andmathematics or data configuration combined with strong businessdomain knowledge. Advanced working knowledge of data manipulationand management tools as well as mastery of one or morevisualizationtools.

Abilityto identify source link manipulate and interpret risk data andinformation and turn this into actionable reports and insights fordecisionmaking.
The work requires knowledge of IT systems and datapolicies and procedures. Research analytical problemsolving skillsand creativity are required.
Good levels of understanding ofstatistics and mathematics or data configuration combined withstrong business domain knowledge.
An advanced working knowledge ofdata manipulation and management tools are required along with theability to quickly learn and adopt new tools as the industryevolves.
Has obtained mastery of one or more visualization tools.The work requires an indepth understanding of credit portfoliomanagement practices and risk measurement processes supplementedwith a solid understanding of credit risk management and theCanadian agriculture and food industry.
Analyses and developsinsights regarding the organization s loan portfolio and riskmeasurement processes including allowance for credit loss andcapital.
Communicates insights regarding the health of the loanportfolio to internal and / or external stakeholders. Leads thedevelopment and execution of risk measurement processes for theclient s stresstestingprogram.
Specific Project Requirements : Thecompany s Small Segment team is seeking an experienced,knowledgeable, and agile Change Advisor to support Small Segmentinitiatives by developing, implementing, and evaluating strategicchange requirements in this space.
The Change Advisor will play akey role in ensuring employee adoption and usage. The ChangeAdvisor will focus on the people's side of change including changesto business processes, systems and technology, job roles andorganization structures.
The primary responsibility will becreating and implementing change management strategies and plansthat maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
The Change Advisor will work with initiative teams and leaders todrive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greaterproficiency of the changes that impact employees in theorganization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROIand the achievement of results and outcomes.
Skills : Top SkillsRequired : Demonstrate specialized depth and / or breadth of expertisein change management consultancy.
Excellent facilitation skillswith ability to influence change at higher levels. Ability toquickly understand and gauge corporate climate and culture.

Experience with change management in an Agile environment Assets : Minimum 7 years experience in employee and / or organizationaleffectiveness or change management.
