As a US Territory Sales Representative, you will be selling Patient lifts and ICU Boom equipment to hospitals, long-term care homes, retirement homes, and medical equipment distributors within an assigned region of the United States. You will be responsible for developing new business as well as strengthening existing customer relationships. This position includes a base salary of $50,000-$60,000 plus commission, with the ability to earn a first-year OTE of $115,000 with other perks!

THE POSITION
You will sell Patient Lifts and ICU Boom equipment within an assigned US region to drive new business and grow existing accounts. Call points include clinical, technical, and construction stakeholders such as nurses, clinic owners, biomedical and facilities engineers, architects, contractors, and medical equipment distributors.
PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS
Hospitals, long-term care homes, retirement homes, clinics, and medical equipment distributors. Stakeholders include clinical staff, nursing leadership, biomedical engineers, facilities engineers, clinic owners, architects, and contractors across both existing facilities and new construction projects (initial focus may include the Northeast US).

Typical sales cycle : approximately 12 weeks

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary : $50,000–$60,000 (based on experience)
Commissions : uncapped, with bonuses
First-year OTE : $115,000+
Top performers : $200,000+

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
EDUCATION
Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
MS Office; strong presentation and virtual meeting skills; Google / search proficiency. Familiarity with clinic or healthcare software is an asset.
