Business Systems Analyst - Application Migration

Description

Migration Project : Our Real Estate client is working on an application migration with their internal systems to integrate to a new system

Day-to-Day Duties

• Triage / resolve incidents; ship small fixes / enhancements.
• Groom backlog, refine user stories, plan sprints in Azure DevOps.
• Prepare and deliver demos; lead trainings for brokers / leadership.
• Draft / update documentation (runbooks, specs, release notes).
• Coordinate with platform / infra / security on releases and integrations.
• Proactively identify improvements (performance, usability, process).
