User Acceptance Testing lead

Role Overview The UAT Manager ensures the quality and reliability of technology products delivered across applications, middleware, and infrastructure. This role leads the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test strategies throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), driving automation, innovation, and continuous improvement. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Must Haves :

• 6-10 years of banking experience
• 5+ years in UAT management roles - Minimum of 2 years of Banking experience
• Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium Java / Cucumber) and CI / CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and documentation standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage ambiguity, and influence stakeholders
• Experience with Agile / Waterfall delivery and tools like ALM / JIRA.
• Background in large enterprise environments and highly regulated industries.
