Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all recruitment activities

Experience:

• Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, within the Canadian market and a robust network of technical professionals.

• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing top technology talent.

• Strong understanding of various technology stacks, programming languages, and emerging tech trends.

• Ability to assess technical skills and qualifications effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
