We are seeking a Bilingual (English / French) Junior IT / VoIP Technician / Deployment Specialist to join our team! You will work with our IT / VoIP project deployment team to deliver best in class systems to our clients across Canada and the world.
Responsibilities :
- Configure, Test, Document, Coordinate, Deploy and Provide training on 3CX PBX based Phone Systems.
- Conduct site surveys and complete project status checklists.
- Work in a team to complete assigned tasks and communicate on progress.
- Meet with Team Management daily (or as required) to discuss issues and challenges.
- Ability to communicate to end-users in an effective manner.
- Troubleshoot network & system issues.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and upgrades on equipment.
- Ability to train users on phone system usage, assist users with remote deployment of desk phones.
- Assist with documentation of all technical procedures and user guides.
Skills and Requirements :
- Work from our office in Vaughan, Ontario.
- Some experience providing technical support to end users in a Microsoft Enterprise environment and / or post secondary education in an IT related field.
- Must have strong verbal and written fluency in English and French.
- Ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of VoIP based Telephony. Consideration will be given to those with good Computer Networking and / or other IT backgrounds.
- 3CX Phone System v18+ optional.
- Debian OS optional.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- A+, Network+ or related work experience (optional but helpful).
- Must provide a clean Criminal Background Check (CRJMC).

Type of Employment :Salary Range :
$45K to $60K per year, based on skills and experience.

- Scheduled additional on-call hours for emergency after-hours calls.
