Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator (French/English)

Toromont Cat is looking for a Bilingual (French / English) Talent Acquisition Coordinator (6 month contract; on-site 4 days / week) to join our team! This position will provide effective and timely support to our human resources / recruitment processes.

The successful candidate will work with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and candidates.

In a typical day, YOU will :

• Handling administrative duties including activating job postings, pre-employment verifications, etc.
• Processing offer letters
• Conducting and requesting all onboarding documents for new hires
• Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge on recruitment systems
• Assisting or managing special recruitment projects
• Responding to general inquires and questions from the hiring manager / recruiters in a timely manner
• Carry out all other related tasks

Must-haves for this role :

• Post-secondary education, ideally with studies in Human Resources, and experience in administrative support
• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Customer service orientation
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment
• Effective knowledge of Systems, ideally HR systems (UKG)
• Bilingual spoken / written, French / English
