Job description

Senior DBA (Microsoft SQL Server)

Responsibilities :

Lead installation, configuration, maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of SQL Server instances.
Design and operate HA / DR solutions (Failover Cluster Instances, Availability Groups, Replication).
Optimize T-SQL, indexes, and execution plans; drive release / change management.
Mentor Junior / Associate DBAs and enhance runbooks / automation.

Requirements :

3+ years as a SQL Server DBA.

Deep experience with performance tuning and production troubleshooting.

Hands-on expertise with HA / DR (FCI, AGs, Replication).

Strong T-SQL and SQL Server internals knowledge.

SSRS / SSIS administration experience.

Exposure to cloud (Azure and / or AWS).
